An Advisory Team designs and implements Coalition strategies and initiatives while engaging the community in Coalition activities.

The Governance Team gathers data, researches best practices and reports Coalition progress to partners, funders and the public.

To guide new and existing initiatives and projects the Early Learning Coalition uses the Center for the Developing Child Principles and Strengthening Families Framework.
